Creamy Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1kg tenderized steak
- 1 tablespoon green masala (green chillies)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 250ml fresh cream
- 4 tablespoon Nandos pepper sauce
Method
- Cut 1kg tenderized steak into nice size pieces.
- Marinate with all the spices and sauces listed. Leave for at least 1 hour.
- Melt butter, add marinated steak with ½ cup water, cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
- Before serving, stir in cream and Nandos sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens. Enjoy!
