Creamy Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 1kg tenderized steak
  • 1 tablespoon green masala (green chillies)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 250ml fresh cream
  • 4 tablespoon Nandos pepper sauce

Method

  1. Cut 1kg tenderized steak into nice size pieces.
  2. Marinate with all the spices and sauces listed. Leave for at least 1 hour.
  3. Melt butter, add marinated steak with ½ cup water, cook on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Before serving, stir in cream and Nandos sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens. Enjoy!
Info & Tips: Serve with Roti, Puri, or Spicy Rice.
