Saucy Steak

Ingredients
- 1 Kg steak
- 1 teaspoon red ginger & garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon crushed garlic
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed chili
- 2 heaped tablespoons mayo
- 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
Method
- Marinate the steak with the above ingredients.
- Cook the steak until well done.
- Fry chips and cut peppers.
- Roll the cooked peppers into the steak once it's soft.
- Mix BBQ sauce and tomato sauce separately, then brush over the steak before serving.
- Garnish with greens and serve hot with garlic bread.
Info & Tips: You can add a bit of your favorite cheese on top for an extra rich flavor!
Additional Tips:
- For a spicy kick, add extra chili flakes to the marinade.
- If you prefer a smokier flavor, grill the steak instead of frying it.
- Serve with a side of mashed potatoes or sautéed veggies for a fuller meal.
