Steak Pasta

Ingredients
- 500g steak cut into strips
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons tomato purée
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 125ml fresh cream
- Red and green pepper julienned
- Mushrooms
Method
- Marinate steak in all ingredients except butter and fresh cream.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan and cook steak.
- Once cooked, add red and green peppers, and mushrooms.
- The marinade should reduce, but not dry out.
- Add spaghetti and mix well.
- Lastly, add fresh cream and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
Info & Tips: You can also use chicken strips instead of steak for a lighter version.
