Steak Pasta

Ingredients

  • 500g steak cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons tomato purée
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 125ml fresh cream
  • Red and green pepper julienned
  • Mushrooms

Method

  1. Marinate steak in all ingredients except butter and fresh cream.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan and cook steak.
  3. Once cooked, add red and green peppers, and mushrooms.
  4. The marinade should reduce, but not dry out.
  5. Add spaghetti and mix well.
  6. Lastly, add fresh cream and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy!
Info & Tips: You can also use chicken strips instead of steak for a lighter version.
