Creamy Peri Pan Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces box hake fillet
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons crushed garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • Mixed veggies

Sauce

  • ¼ cup Nandos bushveld peri sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Method

  1. Cook the fish with all the ingredients until almost done.
  2. Add the sauces with about 2 tablespoons of water and simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Steam veggies separately.
  4. Add the veggies to the pan and cook together.
Info & Tips: This recipe is quick, easy, and absolutely divine.
Additional Tips:
  • For extra heat, add more peri sauce according to your preference.
  • You can use any fish fillet for this recipe, but hake gives a lovely flavor.
  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes for a hearty meal.
