Creamy Peri Pan Fish

Ingredients
- 4 pieces box hake fillet
- 3 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 ½ teaspoons crushed garlic
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- Mixed veggies
Sauce
- ¼ cup Nandos bushveld peri sauce
- ¼ cup fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Method
- Cook the fish with all the ingredients until almost done.
- Add the sauces with about 2 tablespoons of water and simmer for 1 minute.
- Steam veggies separately.
- Add the veggies to the pan and cook together.

Additional Tips:
- For extra heat, add more peri sauce according to your preference.
- You can use any fish fillet for this recipe, but hake gives a lovely flavor.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes for a hearty meal.
