Grilled Hake Fish

Ingredients

  • Fresh hake fish
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • Fish spice
  • Lemon pepper
  • Green masala

Method

  1. Marinate fresh hake fish in melted butter, garlic, fish spice, lemon pepper, and green masala.
  2. Leave to marinate for a few hours.
  3. Grill until the fish is fully cooked.

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Nandos bushveld sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  1. In a small pot, bring the sauce ingredients to a boil.
  2. Pour the sauce over the grilled fish.
  3. Pop the fish under a hot grill just until the sauce bubbles.
  4. Sprinkle with dried parsley.
