Method

- Leave to marinate for a few hours.

Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Nandos bushveld sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- In a small pot, bring the sauce ingredients to a boil.
- Pour the sauce over the grilled fish.
- Pop the fish under a hot grill just until the sauce bubbles.
- Sprinkle with dried parsley.
